How do I send a message on OpenOn?
Open the app, tap the compose button, write your message, choose a recipient and set an unlock condition — a date, a location, or a milestone. Then send it.
Can the recipient open the message early?
No. Messages are locked until the unlock condition you set is met. That's the whole magic of OpenOn.
What happens if the recipient doesn't have the app?
They'll receive a link that guides them to download OpenOn. Their message will be waiting for them once they do.
Is my message private?
Yes. Messages are encrypted and can only be read by the intended recipient at the designated time. We cannot access your message content.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. This will permanently remove your account and all data associated with it.
I received an invitation link but nothing happened.
Make sure OpenOn is installed on your device. If you haven't downloaded it yet, you can do so from the App Store or Google Play — your invitation will still be there.
